Kanematsu Corporation take over Seiko EPSON IC Test hander business and 

established new subsdiary company for the new business.

New company will take over operation of the business as a dedicated manufacturer and will also maintain existing production and sales structures in Japan and overseas, realizing a framework that enables the continued delivery of services.
